The fonds contains various case files pertaining various forms of persecution of Jews in Slovakia (1938-1945) from its very beginning in 1938. Among others, there is a file concerning the deportation of Jews from the territory of Slovakia in November 1938. Several other files contain the information on the so called aryanisation of Jewish property in Levoča, Spišské Podhradie, Kežmarok and Spišská Stará Ves. Several files contain the information and testimonies about the deportation of Jews in 1942 from Levoča, Spišské Podhradie, Stará Ľubovňa, Spišská Nová Ves. Two different case files contain the information and testimonies on the Concentration Center for Jews in Poprad (Koncentračné stredisko Židov v Poprade) used during the deportation of Jews from Slovakia in 1942. Other files contain the information on deportation of Jews from the region in 1944, and also about the arrests and killing of Jews at various places in 1944. Places of arrest of Jews include Jakubany, Nová Ľubovňa, Spišské Podhradie, Spišský Hrhov, Hodemark and forest"Zástredný ždia".
