The file contains a statement on the expertise of Prof. A. Baumgarten regarding the Bern trial and the authenticity of the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion'. The statement is including an index concerning the 'main wittnesses for the forgery of the 'Protocols', informations about Joly, the 'Protocols and the Freemasons', the 'Protocols and the Progroms', informations about the Talmud and a conclusion. The author questions Baumgartens expertise and explains a different opinion and approach. In several footnotes the author discribes why he thinks that Baumgartens demonstrations were wrong, why he and Loosli made mistakes and why Fleischhauers expertise was more accurate. Furthermore he says that Fleischhauer was not able to get the same informations as the other experts denied him the access. He also critically overviewed the references Baumgarten was using, as well as his working methods and interrogated wittnesses, which he comments in the footnotes. He further campares the expertises of Loosli and Fleischhauer with Baumgartens. At the end of his statement he also makes comments on his footnotes including a register of persons. On some pages handwritten notes can be seen.
