The fonds contains the information on the so called aryanisation of Jewish enterprise property in Spišská Nová Ves. One file contains the information on various anti-Jewish activities and physical of abuse of Jews in Spišská Nová Ves organized by local inhabitants as well as German children from the Third Reich visiting the town during the KLV action. Several files contain the information about the deportation of Jews from Spišská Nová Ves, Markušovce. The fonds contains four separate case files of the former members of SS who served as guards in Gross-Rosen, Neuengamme, Braunschweig, Bergen Belsen, Buchenwald and Auschwitz. There are also files pertaining the persecution of Jews in 1944.
