On behalf of the bishop of Osnabrueck and president of the Sankt Raphaelsverein Wilhelm Berning, Grösser asks Pope Pius XII to please give an economical subside to non-Aryan Catholics from Germany and other European countries willing to emigrate to Northern America. He reports that potential emigrants are allowed to embark to Brazil only in Italy and in other neutral harbours.
