Isaac Weissman was the WJC representative in Lisbon; he was active in providing assistance to refugees and participating in rescue operations.
This Record Group includes Weissman's correspondence from Portugal with the WJC office in New York, diplomatic representatives in Portugal and private individuals and other organizations, 1942-1967.
