A recommendation to the governments to bring about a real improvement in the lives and prospects of refugees. Orderly immigration should replace disorderly exodus and emigrants should be able to take their possessions and property.
United Kingdom accepts both resolutions. Palestine cannot be completely opened to Jewish refugees, because it is not a large country and special considerations arise out of the terms of the Mandate as well as out of local situation, which it is impossible to ignore. Difficulties in Palestine have led to proposals for drastic changes in the political structure of the country. An expert advisor was sent to Kenya to investigate the question of a small scale settlement of Jewish refugees.
Adoption of different administrative resolutions of the meeting. A speech given by the Ambassador of Bolivia, Adolfo Costa du Rels, who was previously absent from some of the meetings, regarding Bolivia's readiness to cooperate with the newly established committee.
