The file contains the verdict of Josef Duha (born on 16 September 1919), who has been previously accused of theft. In September 1943 he disappeared. In March 1944 he stole the identity card of chief waiter Wenzel Chyba in a restaurant in Prague. He replaced the photo of Wenzel Chyba with his own photo, changed the birth date from 15.4.1900 to 16.4.1919 and added the letter 'l' to Chyba – making it 'Wenzel Chybal'. Josef Duha was found guilty of identity document forgery and was sentenced to death.
