A collection of Russian documents, most of which constitute correspondence between Burt︠s︡ev and the lawyer Boris Lifschitz, concerning publication on the subject of the Bern trial. Burt︠s︡ev requests that the experts and legal team in Bern send documents and their impressions on the trial. Additionally there is an article from the Russian Fascist Party newspaper Nash Put' about Boris Toedli mostly biographical, and a copy of a letter from Ippolit Li︠u︡tostanskiĭ concerning a book repudiating his antisemitic ideas with possible book tours and lectures, dated 1882.
