Protocoll of a meeting between representatives of the Realm commissioner, the regional commissioner, the areal commissioner of Riga area and representatives of the SchuPo (State Protection Police) about"Ghetto question". The meeting was initiated by the commander of the security police and intelligence service (SD). The protocoll states agreements about security patrols.
