The file contains the verdicts of Božena Šteidl (born on 26 September 1909 in Borovin) and Franz Šteidl (born on 12 September 1900). The defendant Božena Šteidl accepted two men into her home who were wanted by the police and lived illegally since 1942 and 1943 respectively. Šteidl was aware of their situation and let them stay in her home on several occasions over the years. Both men were involved with the Communist party and one of them joined a partisan group. Her husband Franz Šteidl did not know that the men were wanted by the police. Both defendants were found guilty of supporting and not reporting"enemies of the empir". Božena Šteidl was sentenced to death. Franz Šteidl was sentenced to three years of penitentiary.
