Memoirs of Hans Frank regarding his encounters with Hitler, written in the Nuremberg prison, 1945-1946 - Recollections of his first encounters with Nazism in the Freikorps Epp in1919, and with Hitler in 1920; - Description of the antisemitic roots of the Nazi movement; - Description of the November Putsch in Munich, 1923; - Work as Hitler's personal legal adviser after 1926, and later as legal adviser for the NSDAP; - Service as head of the Reichsrechtsamt der NSDAP from 1930, with Hitler's protection, and from 1933, service as the head of the National Socialist Jurists Association and President of the Academy of German Law as well; appointment as Minister of Justice for Bavaria the same year; - Description of the juridical aftermath of the Night of the Long Knives, 1934; - Personal encounter with Mussolini, 1936; - Description of the Anschluss (annexation) of Austria, and how he almost became ambassador to Italy right afterwards; - Appointment as Chief of the German military administration in occupied Poland, 1939; appointment as Generalgouverneur für die besetzten polnischen Gebiete (Governor-General of the Occupied Polish territories) from October 1939; - Frank's claims that until early 1944 he was unaware of the extermination camps, which were controlled entirely by Himmler and the SS, and that he submitted several resignation requests to Hitler when he found out about the extent of the extermination.
