Ludwig Karl Hermann Schröder, was Born on September 12, 1884 in Kiel. He was a German deputy- admiral, and since 1912 Schröder, was a German deputy commander and lastly General of the Flakartillery , SS group leader and military commander of Serbia in the Second World War. On May 31, 1941, as a military commander, Serbia, he arranged a Jewish definition which envisaged the registration and identification of all Jews and gypsies by means of a yellow armband. This arrangement also contained a prohibition on the free exercise of professions and the exclusion from the public service and private enterprises. This was followed by the command of the military administration for forced labor . Furthermore, the National Socialist measure for the registration of Jewish assets, which was intended to facilitate the later" Aryanization" (de-Judaism). With these orders of Schroeder, a uniformization of the anti-Jewish persecution measures took place throughout the Serbian occupation area.
