The file contains a clip from the newspaper La Suisse (dated to the 3rd November 1937) where it is said that the Telegraphic Agency transmits more precisions about the spread of the brochure of the Wise Men of Zion. The Court of the Second instance stated that there is no proof concerning the authenticity of the Protocols and that half of them are a plagiarism. They indeed constitute a politic pamphlet against the Jews and an example of the kind of antisemitism which got to form the state politics of the Third Reich. That kind of antisemitism contradicts the article 4 of the Federal Constitution which stipules that all the Swiss citizens, including the Jewish ones, are legally equal.
