1945 List of War Damages of the Jews from Štip
After the war, in order to determine the material damages and human casualties caused by the German and Bulgarian occupiers of Macedonia in the period from April 6th, 1941 to December 30th, 1945, the Commissions for the assessment of damages were set up for the peoples of the former Yugoslav region. The following Commissions were formed for the disposition of material damages for Šhtip and the Štip district (including the municipalities: Radanje, Lakavica, Gorni Blavan and Dragoevo): State Commission for War Damage by the Presidency of the Government of Yugoslavia, the Commission of the Presidency of the Government of Macedonia, Commission for military damage in the district areas, cities, municipalities and villages. The establishment and operation of the Commissions was regulated by the Decree No. 203/1, adopted by the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia on April 25th, 1945.
