Dell'Acqua reports his meeting in Rome with the secretary-general of the Sankt Raphaelsverein Grösser. The latter suggested that the Secretariat of State could present the Brazilian embassy to the Holy See the list of proposals elaborated by the Sankt Raphaelsverein in order to facilitate emigration to Brazil of non-Aryan German Catholics. Dell'Acqua replied that he would ask for his superiors' approval.
