The shirt was made in Felias and worn on special occasions by Gheorge Cioaba, between the years 1942-45. [Ref 1]

Gheorge Cioaba was a Bulibasha, a chief of the Romanian nomadic group Calderai. He was deported to Transnistria in 1942 where he was in"Trei Duble, Burilovka and Kransianka"
