Rubber hand stamp used by the Nazi Party Propaganda Division in the Party headquarters in Altoetting, Upper Bavaria, Germany. It was found by a soldier of the 230th Field Artillery Battalion during the war.

Polished, turned, light brown wooden handle with a globelike end, a short cylindrical center. It also has a globelike end with a flat bottom where the rubber stamp is adhered. The stamp is etched with German text that includes a central, German national insignia.
