Child's long-sleeved dress with cuffs made from bright red fabric with three large buttons down from the neckline on the front. There is a section of smocking in a half circle on the front of the dress and a small rectangular section of smocking on the back. It appears there's been some mending in the underarms, cuffs, and around the neck.
