Meyer, a member of the 45th Ordnance Company, which reads"Pictures taken in Dachau concentration camp"
John E. Meyer was born on May 14, 1919 in Elmore, Ohio. He served in the 45th Ordnance Company as a member of the Fifth Army, Seventh Division of the United States Military. As a member of the 45th, he participated in the liberation of the Dachau concentration camp.
