United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Collection, Gift of Bill Lewis Irving Lewis (donor's father) was a member of the Counter Intelligence Corps at the end of the second World War in Germany and likely received the copy in his duties. Donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2015 by Bill Lewis.
