"Postcard with a color cartoon of a man in three quarter right profile wearing a Bukharian kippah, pince-nez, coat, and a shirt with a large, shiny jewel on the chest. He has a bald crown, forked beard, yellow lips, and stereotypical Jewish features including short curly hair and a large nose. He smokes a cigar, closes his eyes, smiles, and holds out his left hand in a shrug. English text is inscribed to his right. The back has 3 postmarks, an address, and a green 1 cent United States postage stamp with an image of Benjamin Franklin.
