The County Command of the State Police in Kielce was established in June 1919 and supervised the communal police stations in the following towns: Dąbrowa, Białogon, Bieliny, Bodzentyn, Chęciny, Daleszyce, Łopuszno, Morawica, Niewachlów, Mniów, Piekoszków, Samsonów, Słupia Nowa and Suchedniów. The County Commander wielded disciplinary power over the officers, coordinated the operations of the police, organized training and provided weapons.
