Donald M. Nussbaum was a law partner of Solomon Surowitz, and found these papers after Mr. Surowitz's death. Solomon Surowitz was a prosecutor at the Buchenwald war crimes trial. Donald Nussbaum donated this collection to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum on Jan. 5, 2004.
