The notebook was given to Isidore Guttenberg by a colleague at the International Military Tribunals in Nuremberg, Germany. It was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2005 by Selena Hopkins-Kendall, a relative of Mr. Guttenberg.
