Rectangular paper stamp with perforated edges. Front has graphic design in purple ink. The central image features realistic portraits of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini, facing each other. Hitler is in right profile and wears a military hat with a Nazi emblem; Mussolini is in left profile and wears a helmet with a chin strap. In the background space between their 2 profiles are 2 soldiers, facing forward and holding rifles; the one behind Hitler wears a German uniform, the one behind Mussolini, an Italian uniform. Italian text is at center bottom; the denomination 50 is in the lower left and right corners. Reverse is covered with aged yellowed adhesive. Stamp is not canceled.
