Circular, bronze colored, metal pin. Top center has embossed head of a man in full face. The lower section of pin has embossed design of a sledge hammer, an eagle holding in its claws a wreath with a swastika in its center, and a sickle. German text is embossed around border at upper left and right, with numbers at bottom. Back has pin clasp attached with solder.
