She had five siblings: David, Moshe, Rutka, Salomon (b. 1923), and Itka. In February 1942 Ann was sent to the Schoenberg forced-labor camp. In 1943 she was deported to the Graeben subcamp of Gross-Rosen and transferred to Bergen-Belsen in September 1944. She was liberated on 15 April 1945. Her sister Itka was also liberated, but perished on 27 May 1945 from typhus. Salomon and Rutka both survived the Holocaust."@en ;
