"Consists of a Polish citizenship certificate issued on 28 November 1939, to Hersz Taca (donor) by the British Consul in Kaunas (Kovno), Lithuania. The certificate bears a handwritten Curacao visa, dated 27 July 1940 and a subsequent, stamped Sugihara transit visa, dated 31 July 1940.
