rico:generalDescription "Forms part of the Claims Conference International Holocaust Documentation Archive at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.\n\nSource of acquisition is the Żydowski Instytut Historyczny im. Emanuela Ringelbluma (ŻIH), Sygn. Ring I (File 1-1220), and Ring II (File 1-493). The acquisition was based on cooperation between the Żydowski Instytut Historyczny and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum signed an agreement in 1993 for a project of filming of the Underground Archives of Warsaw Ghetto collection. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives began receiving the microfilm reels of the collection in Aug. 1996. The microfilming project was completed in Aug. 2001. In 2008 the Museum Archives received the digital copies of the collection."@en ;
