The document was aqcuired by Rolf Wartenberg during his service as a senior interrogator of case #9, the Einsatzgruppen, at the Nuremberg trials. It was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Collections Department in Dec. 1991.
