The Magistrat der Stadt Wels supplied a copy of the name list to Ernest Willinger in Aug. 1990. What is apparently a copy of this copy was sent by"Mrs. Willinge" (apparently Ernest Willinger's wife) to Ben Meed of the USHMC, and it subsequently came to the Collections Division.
