A copy of the"Golden boo" was presented to veterans of the Forty-Second U.S. Infantry "Rainbo") Division by Colonel Xardez, a representative of the Belgian king, in Brussels, Belgium, in 1958. Copies of this book along with other Rainbow Division memorabilia were donated to USHMMA by the Rainbow Division Veterans Association Archives in 1988.
