The original German-language version of"Biograph" by Johannes Schindler was given to Annemarie Kusserow as a gift shortly before Schindler's death in Dec. 1986. A copy of the English-language version of the autobiography was initially received by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Oral History Department in Nov. 1991. It was transferred to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives the same month.
