The collection of photographs and copyprints was compiled in 1990 during preparation of the publication of a"Ein Judenjunge Vom Ale" by Alice and Gerhard Zadek. The photographs were taken while the Zadeks were involved in an illegal youth group led by Herbert Baum. Information about the fate of family members was interwoven during compilation.
