rico:generalDescription "Cite YIVO Institute for Jewish Research as custodian of the original records\n\nThe UGIF index cards are a part of record group 210 at YIVO Institute for Jewish Research in New York City. YIVO archivist Zosa Szajkowski arranged the collection in alphabetical order in1957. A grant from the S.H. and Helen R. Scheuer Foundation assisted in further processing in 1988. Centre de Documentation Juive Contemporaine in Paris and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum provided additional funds for the microfilming of Folder 22.3 in 1998. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the microfilm in May 1999."@en ;
