Source of acquisition the Państwowe Muzeum na Majdanku, Sygn. XI. Records created by the Polski Czerwony Krzyż-Okreg Lubelski, transferred to Państwowe Muzeum na Majdanku in 1957. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection via the United States Holocaust Museum International Archives Project in July 2012.
