United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Collection, Gift of Deborah Kerdeman and David Tarshes David Tarshes donated these photographs to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2012. His wife, Deborah Kerdeman, inherited the photographs from her mother, Esther (Haskin) Kerdeman, who was on the staff of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee in the Netherlands in 1946.
