rico:generalDescription "In March 1999, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Oral History Branch began the project of recording the testimonies of witnesses, bystanders, collaborators, and perpetrators in Holocaust-related events in Germany. In Dec. 2003, the Museum entered into an agreement with Institut fuer Geschichte und Biographie der Fernuniversitaet Hagen \"Institut\") in Ludenschied, Germany. Nathan Beyrak was appointed as Director of the project for the Museum while Alexander von Plato directed the Institute's role in the project. Alice von Plato was the research associate. In 2010, the Museum entered into an agreement with Wendy Lower to produce additional testimonies in Germany. The Museum received those testimonies in digital format in 2011."@en ;
