United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Collection, Gift of S. Dell Scott and family The scrapbooks were assembled by Borge and Tove Siebern between 1964 and 1973. When Tove Siebern died, she left the scrapbooks in the posession of Dell and Ruth Scott in order for them to find an appropriate home for the scrapbooks. Ruth Scott sent the scrapbooks to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in March, 2011.
