Julius Streicher was the founder of"Der Stürme" and Gauleiter of Franconia. He was sentenced to death at the International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg. [Encyclopedia of the Holocaust. Vol. 3-4. New York: MacMillan Publishing Company, 1995, pp. 1788.]
The newspaper was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2010 by Seth Goldberg.

One issue of the antisemitic newspaper Der Stürmer, from May 1934 with the headline: Die Juden sind under ungluck! [The Jew is our misfortune.!] The cover has a caricature of two stereotypical Jews, one holding a knife and one holding a bowl into which blood flows from Aryan people with cut throats.
