Officials inspect some of these goods. A group of French sailors pulls the outer layer off a bag of cargo to reveal the word\"Hambour\" on the inner bag. Bags of cargo and lumber being unloaded from a ship. Various shots of contraband goods, some with the words\"Breme\" and\"Hambur\" on them. A Japanese ship is also shown, then a Polish ship that has managed to make it to France even after war broke out. The crew holds up a Polish flag for the camera.
