Part 2: Racially mixed boy, blond, part negroid. Intertitles: indicating cost to state, mother and son - 26 years; epileptic siblings, cost ____ RM (Reichsmark); two brothers. Titles and close views of various related people. Two girls, twins seen before; one holds up the other's head.
