All of these individuals were witnesses for the Prosecution. An affidavit is being read, saying that Hitler included Communist leaders along with Jews in the laws, and this was the basis for the first executions of the Jews. The affidavit says that Generals refused to follow the order to execute Russian commissars and treated them as common prisoners.
