Flashbacks to World War I show the German Kaiser reviewing troops, French posting mobilization orders, the French taxicab army leaving Paris, scenes of the battles at Verdun and Chemin des Dames, Lloyd George conferring with Clemenceau, scenes of British battles at Paaschendale and Ypres and the Somme, arid of US battles at Chateau Thierry, the Argonne, Belleau Wood, and Cantigny. Personages include French Generals Joffre and Foch, British Gen. Haig, Gen. Pershing, and President Wilson. Flashbacks of World War II show Goebbels speaking, the German Army invading Poland and France, German planes strafing refugees, and Russian and US troops marching.
