Orders, reports, card files, questionnaires, accounts, Soviet government documents and publications, photographs, microfiche, and printed matter, relating to World War II, the Polish armed forces in the Soviet Union, the Polish 2nd Army Corps in Italy, Polish citizens arrested and deported under German and Soviet occupation, Polish foreign relations, the Polish Government-in-Exile in London, and Polish Jews. Consists mainly of records of the bureau of documentation of the Polish 2nd Army Corps. Includes statements, reports, and questionnaires reflecting conditions of the Polish Jews for the period l940 45. An alphabetical index to the questionnaires is available. It is possible to refer to document numbers in boxes 68 76, which contain the bulk of valuable source material on the treatment and experiences of Polish Jews.
