с ноября 1941 г. старший следователь Сумской городской полиции и одновременно являлся членом судебной комиссии при городской полиции в городе Сумы.
Возглавлял следствие по делам арестованных советских патриотов, участвовал в арестах и допросах советских граждан, давал заключение о применении смертной казни.
