с июля 1941 г. по август 1941 г. начальник районной полиции в местечке Янушполь Янушпольского района Житомирской области, затем с августа 1941 г. до конца 1943 г. заведующий районным финансовым отделом в местечке Янушполь.
Призывал народ помогать немецкой армии в борьбе против большевиков, призывал украинский народ бороться за создание самостоятельного украинского националистического государства.

from July 1941 to August 1941, he was the head of the Januszpol district police department, Januszpol district, Zhitomir region. Then, from August 1941 to the end of 1943, he was the head of the district financial department in Januszpol.
He called on the people to help the German army in the fight against the Bolsheviks, called on the Ukrainian people to fight for an independent Ukrainian nationalist state.
MANIUTA Fedor Andreevich –
from July 1941 to the end of 1943, he was a secretary of the Januszpol district council. He was a member of the OUN (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists).
