Case No. 260 on charges against KOLIVEPRIK Vladimir Andreevich -
in July-August 1941, the head of the Bar town administration, then until March 1944, the head of the Bar district administration of the Vinnitsa oblast.
He participated in the sending of Soviet citizens to hard labor in Germany, the confiscation of livestock and food from the population, and took part in Jewish pogroms and the looting of Jewish property.

в июле-августе 1941 г. голова Барской городской управы, затем до марта 1944 г. голова Барской районной управы Винницкой области.
Участвовал в отправке советских граждан на каторжные работы в Германию, изъятии скота и продуктов питания у населения, принимал участие в еврейских погромах и разграблении еврейского имущества.
