Член ОУН.\r\nПроводил сборы ОУН, вербовал новых людей в ОУН, проводил антисоветскую агитацию, выявлял партийно-советский актив и давал указания о расстреле их, грабил имущество и избивал советских граждан, снабжал немецкую армию продуктами питания.\r\nХОХАНОВСКИЙ Анатолий Иванович \r\n–\r\nс августа 1941 г. начальник районной украинской полиции в местечке Шаргород. Член УПА.\r\nПроводил антисоветскую агитацию, арестовывал и допрашивал советских граждан с целью выявления советско-партийного актива, избивал и грабил советских граждан еврейской национальности.\r\nБАНАХ Иван Адамович –\r\nс июля по август 1941 г. староста Шаргородской районной управы, а затем до ноября 1941 г. заместитель старосты Шаргородской районной управы. Член ОУН.\r\nВербовал граждан в ОУН, облагал советских граждан налогами и контрибуцией.\r\nГОРБИК Яков Спиридонович –\r\nс 1941 г. заведующий отделом здравоохранения Шаргородской районной управы. Член ОУН.\r\nСнимал с работы комсомольцев и евреев с занимаемых должностей в лечебных учреждениях, досрочно выписывал из больницы раненых бойцов красной армии и передавал их в жандармерию для отправки в лагеря военнопленных.\r\nФЕДОРОВ Иван Антонович –\r\nс августа 1941 г. до марта 1944 г. директор школы в местечке Шаргород.
