rico:history "The Chief Constable's Office of the Bodrogköz District in Kráľovský Chlmec was responsible for the administration of the political, economic, and social life in 26 localities that belonged to the territory of district. The region of Bodrogköz was part of historical Zemplín County ceded to Hungary according to the first Vienna Arbitration in November 1938. The office was headed by the chief constable (főszolgabíró): between December 22 1938 and October 16 1944, the head of the office was György Radácsy. The localities of the Bodrogköz District were populated by more than 2000 Jews, including Kráľovský Chlmec (Királyhelmec, 886 Jewish inhabitants in 1941) where the Chief Constable's Office had its seat too."@en ;
